Cumilla beat Khulna by 7 wickets

Cumilla Victorians beat Khulna Tigers by seven wickets in the 32nd match of the ongoing Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram on Wednesday.

Opting to batting first Khulna scored 164-8 in the allotted overs.

Despite losing their captain Litton Das (2) early, Cumilla turned the table with a solid batting display by Towhid and Jaker as they took charge of the game with an 84-run partnership.

Towhid Hridoy smashed 91 runs off 47 balls, hitting seven fours and and equal number of sixes to play the highest-scoring knock and Jaker Ali accompanied him by contributing 40 off 33 in their win.
