Mustafiz hospitalised as ball hits his head

Cumilla Victorians pacer Mustafizur Rahman has suffered a head injury during a net session.

The incident took place at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram around 10:00am on Sunday (February 18). He was seen bleeding.

The pace bowler has been taken to nearby Imperial Hospital immediately.

Mustafizur Rahman or popularly known as “Fizz” is playing for Cumilla Victorians in the ongoing season of Bangladesh Premier League (BPL). He played in nine matches and claimed 11 wickets.
