India beat Pakistan by 6 runs

India, despite a subpar total of 119 on a tricky wicket, managed to beat Pakistan by six runs in the 19th match of T20 World Cup at Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in East Meadow, New York on Sunday.

In reply to the average target, Pakistan lose their wickets on a continuous mood. They scored 113 runs in their stipulated 20 overs.

India can be proud of their fightback. Rishabh Pant was the highest scorer. He took 42 runs hitting six boundaries while Jasprit Bumrah bagged three key wickets.

Besides, Pakistan will be bitterly disappointed with that result. Mohammad Rizwan managed to score 31 runs while Imad Wasim took 15 runs.

Earlier, Pakistan captain Babar Azam won the toss and opted to bowl against India in the match.

PLAYER OF THE MATCH award was given to Jasprit Bumrah for his outstanding performance.
