Bangladesh need 116 in 12.1 overs to reach T20 WC semis

Afghanistan set a target of 116 runs for Bangladesh in the final Group 1 Super Eight match of the T20 World Cup at the Arnos Vale Stadium in St Vincent.

Earlier, Bangladesh restricted Afghanistan to 115/5 in 20 overs in the first innings of the final Group 1 Super Eight match of the T20 World Cup where Rishad Hossain claimed 3 wickets.

However, Tigers need 116 runs in 12.1 overs to qualify for T20 WC semi-final as they were lagging behind in run rate due to losses in their first two matches of the Super Eight.

Earlier, Afghanistan captain Rashid Khan won the toss and opted to bat first.
