Postponed HSC exams to be delayed further, held with half marks

The remaining exams of the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and its equivalent exams will be held with 50 marks with fewer questions.
At the same time, the exams, which were scheduled to be held from September 11, will be postponed by another two weeks.
The decision was taken in a meeting chaired by Education Adviser Wahiduddin Mahmud at the Ministry of Education on Tuesday (August 20).
Prof Tapan Kumar Sarkar, chairman of Dhaka education board and chief of inter education board coordination committee, confirmed the information after the meeting.
