Bangladesh set a 245-run target against Afghanistan in the series-deciding third ODI at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium in the UAE on Monday.
Bangladesh won the toss and opted to bat first, and they scored 244 runs with loss of 8 wickets in 50 overs. Mahmudullah scored 98 runs.
Bangladesh earlier won the second ODI on Saturday to level the three-match series 1-1.
Zakir Hasan has been included in the eleven as his replacement and vice-captain Mehedi Hasan Miraz is leading the team. Rana has replaced Taskin Ahmed in the eleven.
