Dhaka Capitals team visits Walton HQ

A team of cricketers from Dhaka Capitals, a professional franchise cricket team that plays in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), has recently visited Walton headquarters in Gazipur.
The team consists of captain Thisara Perera, batter Litton Das, Sabbir Rahman, Tanzid Hasan, bowler Mustafizur Rahman, Chief Executive Officer Atik Fahad and manager Saif.
On Friday morning (Jan 31, 2025), the team reached the headquarters of the electronics giant at Chandra by helicopter.
Cricketers were warmly welcomed by Walton’s Deputy Chief Marketing Officer (DCMO) Zoheb Ahmed, Chief Business Officer of Walton Cables Razu Ahmed, Additional Executive Director Rabiul Islam Milton and Walton fridge’s brand manager Mostafizur Rahman.
The Dhaka team visited display center and the production procedures of various products of the Walton brand. They were seemed impressed witnessing state-of-the-art technology manufacturing plants of Walton.
Later in the day, they played cricket with officials and workers of the Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC during his day-long tour.
