Bangladesh women’s team beat Pakistan women’s team by five wickets in the first T20I of the three-match series at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram on Wednesday.
Bangladesh captain Nigar Sultana won the toss and sent Pakistan to bat fist, but they were all out for 82 in 19.4 overs. Nahida Akter picked up five wickets.
In response, Bangladesh reached the target remaining three balls and five wickets. Nigar Sultana steered Bangladesh to the target with three balls to spare.
